This policy defines the roles, expectations, standards, and governance framework for SMEs contributing to the Tech Learning Management System.

It ensures consistency, quality, fairness, and continuous improvement in the creation of skill assessment resources.

This policy works in conjunction with the SME Role Agreement.

2. Who is an SME

An SME is a practitioner or advanced learner who takes ownership of a technology domain and contributes high-quality assessment content aligned with structured learning paths.

All contributions may undergo automated checks, peer review, and feedback review.

Repeated quality issues may lead to suspension or revocation of SME privileges.
